What made you want to become a Physical Therapist?
Ever since I first volunteered at Children's Specialized Hospital when I was fifteen years old, I knew I wanted to work towards being a Physical Therapist. The feeling of being a part of another person's story and rehabilitation is what made the career of Physical Therapy so desirable to me.
How do you think this program has helped you prepare for graduate school?
This program has given me an immense amount of guidance through amazing advising and endless opportunities to prepare me for the DPT program. The rigorous requirements pushed me to see how much potential I truly have, as well as pushing me out of my comfort zone to create opportunities for myself.
A fun fact about me is I love to hike! So far I have hiked through Acadia National Park and some parts of the Adirondack Mountains. I cannot wait to hike in some places on the West Coast next summer!
